The X Factor - Bye Bye Cheryl?

It's been reported that Cheryl Cole has finalized a multimillion pound deal to join the US X Factor! 

It's been rumored for months that's she packing up and moving to America to further her career over there but is it true. According to this it is. I think it's a shame really. Cheryl got a bad reputation in the early days of Girls Aloud but she turned things around and when she joined The X Factor (which is on tonight btw) she became the 'nations sweetheart' and everybody loves her. So why move away from the people that love you, to the people that don't know you?


Is it because of rumored lover Derek Hough? Is it because of new X Factor? Or is it to get away from the soon to be ex-husband Ashley Cole? Either way I don't want to see you go. Do you? Let us know. 

Russell Brand Arrested

Russell brand was arrested in LA, after 'attacking' several photographers. What? Him attacking them? When they are attacking him and Katy! Pfffffft.

The Paparazzi were doing their usual stalking business, and were trying to capture more than just their faces!

US TV Start Dates!

We love American TV! We're obsessed. 

So we are going to let you know when all the US TV starts here in the UK! We'll update this when we find out the dates. If you don't post a TV Show you watch, let us know and we'll sort it out. So here's the first update!

• Season 1 of ABC's The Middle started on Sky1 on the 29th August 2010. I expect the upcoming Season 2 to follow straight after.
• Season 2 of ABC's Modern Family starts on 7th October 2010 on Sky1. 
• Season 1 of AMC's The Walking Dead will be starting sometime in November 2010 on FX.
• New show The Defenders from CBS will be airing on FX sometime in 2011.
• New Show Hawaii Five-0 from CBS starts in October 2010 and will air on Bravo.
• Season 4 of The CW's Gossip Girl starts on 22nd September 2010 on ITV2!
• Season 1 of The CW's Life Unexpected starts airing on 19th September 2010 on E4.
• Season 2 of The CW's Vampire Diaries will air in October 2010 on ITV2.
• New Show Hellcats from The CW will air on E4 in 2011. (Rumor! This hasn't been confirmed)
• New Show Nikita from The CW is set to air on 7th October 2010 on Living.
• HBO's True Blood Season 3 is set to air in February 2011 on FX. Season 2 is currently airing on Thursdays on Channel 4.

Ultimate Big Brother - My Final Ever Big Brother Blog

It's been a week since Big Brother ended. I was going to do this blog straight after the final, but I was too tired, so I've left it till now.


Big Brother was a big part of my life. I watched 10 out of 11 Series and every episode of those 10 series. Some would call me sad, but I call it dedication. I enjoyed the show. It was hilarious, it taught me life lessons, it was something to talk to other people about, it was something to have an opinion on, it was amazing.


I always wanted to take part in the show. I thought it would be an amazing experience and yes I admit, I could be famous afterwards and that excited me. At least once in your life, you wish you were famous. Obviously you had to be 18 to apply. Sadly it ended before I reached that age. One more year and I could have since auditions take place around the time of my birthday. I talked about applying to my friends and family and most of which said they would support if me if I ever got the chance to do it, which would of been amazing, knowing that I have people supporting me on the outside.


I guess you could call me a Big Brother freak since I remember the majority of housemates and which series they were from. It comes in handy when BB comes up in conversation and I appear intelligent (or just pathetic to some). They can have their opinion. If I went on to that show I would want someone to remember me.


I'm going to start talking about my favourite things now:


Favourite Series: 1st place is Series 7.

There is so much to talk about from this series. First of all how could we not talk about Nikki Grahame. She made that series. Her tantrums were genuinely hilarious and when ever she went into the the Diary Room, it was guaranteed to make us laugh at some point. Her love interest with series winner Pete Bennett was too cute. They were kind of perfect for each other, until they broke up but nevermind. Good things don't last for ever as you can tell with BB. But let's not forget the other housemates of series 7. There was Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace. She wasn't an original housemate and I tend not to like them, but this girl, I loved. In week 6 she was voted to move into the secret house next door while the other housemates thought she had been evicted. In the secret house she was joined by 5 new housemates. If I remember correctly she had to choose who went into the house one by one and was eventually left with two. She evicted Jonathan who holds the record for the first housemate who never actually entered the house! Watching Aisleyne make this hard decision and the aftermath was awful. It was so heart-breaking for her. At least she knew her self though. Welsh lad Glyn Wise who came second was great too. However he is only remembered for entering the house dressed as a lifeguard and -sings the song- boiling an egg for the very first time ahmm ahmm.

I think my favourite housemate is Brian Belo. I was gutted he didn't take part in Ultimate Big Brother. He would have done well. I think it's because I can relate to him because he's such a massive fan of BB, even after he went into the house. (Although I haven't taped every single episode like he has, as shown on Come Dine With Me!) He's so funny and silly and the kind of guy that I would want as a friend and the kind of person who I would want to be in there with, as long as they didn't win! That would be my job. 


I think my favourite task would be from Series 6. The Box task. It was so simple yet so brilliant. All the housemates had to do was sit in a box with their picture on for the longest time. It was hilarious!! Also notable is the Electric shock task from Series 9! 


My favourite presenter of course has to be Davina. I think the fact she loved the show so much made her the best person for the job. I loved how involved she was and even when their was controversy she didn't distance her self from it. She bared with it even during pregnancy and she is a true legend.  


Big Brother has had it's highs and it's lows, but there's no doubting it's been on hell of a ride and I've enjoyed every minute of it. RIP Big Brother. Maybe you'll be resurrected by Channel Five if they have any sense.

100th Blog!

Wow. One Wednesday afternoon on the 11th August, after I got back from walking the dog, me and Melissa sat on MSN as we usually do and somehow the idea of starting a blog came up and the rest is history. Even though it only been just little over a month, this is our 100th blog and we could not be more happier!


Yaaay! 100th post!

First of all we want to thank Angharad Kelly and Nicole Mullen who check the blog every day, which means so much to us. We want to thank all our friends who also check the blog and the ones who correct my spelling mistakes and you know who you are!

There's abit where we can check our 'stats' and who views are blog and from where, and when we saw where people view our blog from we were amazed! We've had views from the UK, across the pond from the US, Canada, Denmark! We don't even know how you's found us but we appreciate it and love the support, not forgetting the people who've viewed from Singapore, China, Switzerland, France, Russia, Taiwan, Hungary, India, Japan, Belarus and Slovenia. No lie all from our stats, but no matter where you're from we are glad you like our blog and we love you all and appreciate the support very much! 

We want to thank anyone who has looked at the blog and took the time to read what we've wrote and for commenting too. We really appreciate it and we could not be more happy and astounded at the viewing figures.

And we shall keep updating you with more gossip and music and anything else we find that you must know!

Piers Morgan ready to quit Britain's Got Talent?

Piers Morgan has signed a new £2.6 million deal with ITV. 

The deal includes 12 episodes of Piers Morgan's Life Stories, in which he interviews celebrities and asks deep personal questions. It also includes 6 other shows similar to Piers Morgan On... It does not include Britain's Got Talent however. Piers recently signed a deal with US News channel CNN to take over from Larry King which begins in January. With this all going on, Piers will be unable to take part in the next series of BGT.

So, this news asks the question. What's happening with BGT? Since Simon Cowell announced weeks ago he was stepping down as a judge during the audition process because of the US X Factor and Amanda Holden is talking part in Shrek: The Musical (feel free to laugh, I did) and now Piers, what's going to happen? Will ITV cancel the show? Will they get new judges instead? There's already been rumors of Paul O'Grady and Peter Kay being in the pipeline.

Darlene Montag has made a blog!!!

That's right, our favourite reality TV mother (Beside Kris Jenner from Keeping up with the Kardashians) Darlene Montag, Heidi Montags mother, has made a blog for us all to read!

It's called Metamorphosis of a Mother. It has stories about Heidi's birthday and everything! Not that we don't know anything about Heidi or anything, it's not as if she has been on our TVs for the last 6 season of The Hills, but whatever at least we can remember what Heidi was like before psychobarbiebrainwashedbyspencerpratt fiasco i guess? Keep us up to date with what the Montags are up too!

Kelly Rowland's New Video

She is so beautiful and talented and does not get the right amount credit that she deserves!! Check out the video for her single 'Rose Coloured Glasses'.





This song isn't being released in the UK, unfortunately and I'm not sure if it will be featured on our version of the album either (there's going to be 2 versions I believe), but whatever happens, this is a kick-ass song! I tend to like the more upbeat and dancey songs, but this is just amazing. I even had it as my MSN name for a time! The lyrics just flow of the tongue while singing along and it's very relatable. The video is great. She looks so pretty in those dresses and so vulnerable when crying, I just wanted to hug her so much. I love this song so much so you should listen to it and you will love. Kelly Rowland is amazing. Simple as. <3

New Hollyoaks Titles

LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL!





The music just makes me laugh so much! Kinda reminds of like folk dancing or something. Weird times. Also apparently they have a 'Previously' too? That's new and needed. I think all soaps should have those, like Neighbours does. It would make them so much more accessible to new audiences. I've noticed that they havent included the older cast again, which I think is not nice. I know Hollyoaks is a 'teen' soap but the older characters hold the show together and the majority have been in a long time. 


Overall, I don't like them. 

MTV VMA's 2010

So The VMA's have come and gone, and it was a canny show. I was a bit disappointed but it was still fun.

There was other awards but they don't really matter tbh. 

So moving onto the presenter of the evening, Chelsea Handler. Not that funny. Her jokes fell a bit flat mostly and she went on a bit like. I did like the little sketches with the artists nominated for Best Newcomer, however, especially the Jason Derulo auto-tune digs. She wasn't the best host, but it was a decent job I suppose. 

Now the performances! I already said in a previous post who was performing but I didn't say everyone. First up was Eminem with a special appearance from Rihanna, who was originally confirmed as not appearing!

Meh, quite boring. Not a fan of Eminem, but I do love 'Love The Way You Lie' with Rihanna!


Next up was Justin Bieber!



For his first VMA Performance, I was not impressed. The whole running from screaming girls at the beginning was ridiculous and he didn't even sing live for the majority which is a big no no in my book! And the drums? You dropped one. I do like Bieber! But this just didn't do it for me.


Usher was performing next. I apologize for the terrible video. It's all that I could find, so as soon as I find another I'll replace it.





I love this song so much! I think this performance was more about dancing, than the singing. It was very good though, I enjoyed it.


Favourite of mine, Florence and the Machine were next! Again sorry for the video quality! 

One of the best performances on the night. Actually, the best! She's simply amazing and what a voice! Brilliant!


I think that's enough performance videos because the rest of them aren't that good. 


Overall this years VMA's were a bit of a disappointment. Chelsea Handler was a let down, the majority of the performances weren't good and most of all, there was no real drama!! Lady GaGa turned up in a meat dress! Big deal! You should expect things like that from her. Congrats to her on all the awards too! Well deserved. 

Inbetweeners on the Silver Screen?

Is this true?! Yes indeed! They're making The Imbetweeners movie!

Series 3 has just started up on E4 last night, and will be the last one (sad face). But don't worry, they won't short us of our comedy fix! The film will be out by next summer. Simon Bird who plays William McKenzy says:

''It is about a lads holiday in Malia, after we have finished our A levels. It will be 90 minutes of the same thing really."

And Joe Thomas who plays Simon Cooper says he's really excited to start filming later this year!... This film will be hilarious!

Hey, What's Lady GaGa's New Album Called?

Last night at The MTV VMA's 2010, Lady GaGa revealed the name of her forthcoming album. It's called Born This Way and she revealed it after winning one of many awards and even sang a bit of the title song. 

NOTE: This is not the real album cover, but it sure is pretty. 

I have been dying for GaGa to release new music. I'm starting to get a bit sick of The Fame era because I've listened to it so much. It's amazing but I want something new.
