Sarah Harding To Release Album Next Year?

Leona Lewis working with David Guetta!

X Factor Winner and superstar Leona Lewis has revealed she is working with producer David Guetta for her 3rd album.

In her first ever live webchat on UStream, she revealed to fans that she has worked on a song with the French hit-maker, who has previously worked with Kelly Rowland, The Black Eyed Peas, Akon and many more!

She also revealed that the unnamed new album is in the very early stages and she is experimenting with new sounds. It was also confirmed the album will have a Summer 2011 release (seems so far away). The singer also announced she will not be performing on The X Factor this year, as she is concentrating on her new album. What would she perform anyway? She hasn't released anything for a while.

This is bloody great news. She's taking a step in the right direction working with David Guetta because he is hugely popular and his tracks are fantastic! His work with Kelly Rowland is the best and they are a great pair, so I'm expecting great things from this song, as well as the album.

How do you feel about Leona Lewis? Is she still relevant or have you stopped caring?

Emmerdale's Series Producer Dies Aged 41

This is very, very sad news.

Emmerdale's series producer Gavin Blyth has died. He was 41.

Bylth took over producing Emmerdale back in January 2009. He began steering a major overhaul and made the soap brilliant and what it is today, scoring ratings over 8 million on a regular basis.

He created the Sharma's and the Barton's, brought back favourites Cain and Charity Dingle, and signed James Sutton, Suzanne Shaw and Pauline Quirke. He also created some the show's best storylines including the murder of Mark Wylde, Sally Spode's obsessions with Vicar Ashley Thomas and the praised Aaron Livesy's sexuality struggle.

Blyth was a brilliant producer and a great man and this is a such a big loss.

Our thoughts go out to his family and friends and everyone at Emmerdale at this sad time. RIP.

Gossip Girl cutting Taylor Momsen?

VILE!
My dislike of Taylor Momsen grows ever time I see her face. So when I heard that she might be leaving one of my favourite shows Gossip Girl (which ironically she stars in) I was jumping for joy!

Taylor Momsen who plays Jenny Humphrey has stared in all 3 seasons of GG but when it came to the current season 4, Momsen was written out of the show while she went on tour with her awful (but I secretly like one song) band The Pretty Reckless. It was said she would return eventually and return she did, a few times, looking normal for once, but she's gone again and rumors were floating around it was permanent! If only. Fashionista Tim Gunn, who guest stared in the episode, Momsen first returned claimed she was pathetic and a diva on set. Momsen has also be criticized for smoking, carrying knifes on to planes, flashing at concerts and just generally being a tramp. Did you know she's ONLY 17? Yeah.

Now it appears, she's not going anywhere soon from GG. Sources told E!, that Taylor has a contract through to season 7 (Kinda excited this show might last that long) and she hasn't been appearing as much for creative reasons.

"Jenny isn't in college like the majority of the cast, so it's hard to weaver her into central storylines. We don't want to just bring her in to hang with Lily and Rufus at the breakfast table and say a few lines. There has to be a reason for her to be there." The source went on to say that everybody on set likes her and her absence is driven by story. Everything else is speculative.

Okay, I rarely use this blog to bash celebrities but come one. Gossip Girl would be better without her. If she's not got any storylines and there's no point in her being there, why keep her? She's even said herself she dislikes it so just get rid. I promise we won't miss her! We'll still see pictures of her being skanky and vile!

What do you think about Taylor Momsen?

The X Factor - Finale Date Confirmed

It's come around so fast! ITV has confirmed the dates of The X Factor final!

On Saturday 11th December, ITV will air the first of 2, 2 hour shows which will see "big surprises" and performances from international superstars. It will run from 7PM-9PM.

On Sunday 12th December, the final 2 hours will air. This show will include more performances from international superstars, the top two each performing the winner's single and of course the announcing of this year's winner! It will run from 7:30PM - 9:30PM.

The final of The X Factor always brings in HUGE ratings and advertisers will have to spend alot of money to get a slot during the show. Who do you want to win?

Royal Wedding - Date Confirmed

The wedding date is set! Prince William and Kate Middleton will be married on 29th April 2011 at Westminster Abbey it's been confirmed.

The couple announced last week they were engaged even though it actually happened well over a month ago. How could they keep it secret from us for so long? Shocking.

Prime Minister David Cameron announced the date will be a Bank Holiday so the nation can celebrate the wedding. I'm guessing the wedding will be televised so now we can all sit and watch it instead of skipping work or school!

Congratulations!

Sky is Shutting Down Bravo and Channel 1

Sky has confirmed the date of the shut down for the Bravo Channels.

From 1st January 2011, Bravo, Bravo +1 and Bravo 2 will cease broadcasting, as will Channel One, formally named Virgin 1.

Back in June, Sky spent £160 million purchasing The Living TV Group which was previously owned by Virgin Media. The group includes Living and all spin off channels as well as the Bravo Channels. Sky decided to shut down Bravo because it's demographic was more or less the same as Sky1.

Sky also confirmed that Bravo's bets rated TV shows will move and spread around the Sky Channels. The shows include the critically acclaimed Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Chuck, Star Trek and others. Sky has said the full details of where these shows will go will be released in "due course".

American Music Awards 2010

It was the American Music Award's last night and there was plenty of buzz over it. Let's see who won what and then we'll have a deeks at the performances.

Ratings Roundup

We all watch TV, but sometimes it surprises me how many people watch the same shows!

On Saturday 13.21 million of us sat and watched The X Factor, down about 200,000.
On Sunday a colossal 15.25 million watched Paije be eliminated from the competition. It peaked at 16.42 million!

Over on Strictly, 11.35 million watch the celebrities dance at Blackpool and had a peak with a massive 13.21 million.
On the results show, 11.07 million watched Felicity Kendall be voted out the competition.

Over in Soapland, Coronation Street and Eastenders usually battle it out for the top, while Emmerdale slightly lags behind, followed by Neighbours and Hollyoaks.

On Thursday night, Emmerdale's 1 hour long show was watched by 7.5 million people. While at the same time just 5.8 million watched Eastenders. Brings a smile to my face. Jack Duckworth's funeral on Corrie gained 9.1 million viewers.

My question is, why do we all watch the same thing? I watch all of those shows said above minus Eastenders. Why do the British Public watch the same thing? Why do you watch them? What do you like best?

All Harry Potter Film Get 3D Release

After the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in July, Warner Bros. will release all 8 films in 3-D for a limited time only.

Part 2 of the Deathly Hallows is the only Harry Potter film to be released in 3-D currently. All other films in the series were released in 2-D so seeing all 8 films in 3-D will be a great experience for movie goers and fans of the franchise.

Personally, I don't see the point in 3-D. Yes, sometimes (being the key word here) it can look great and stuff, but it doesn't add to the film and it's more expensive. I refuse to go see the next HP in 3-D. And I doubt I shall be venturing to see all 8 in 3-D, that's if they do this in the UK.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is currently sitting at the top of the UK Box Office, after breaking multiple records including the biggest release since Quantum of Solace.

What do you think about this? The franchise is over, so is this one last mad-dash for money? Or do they actually want fans to get the best experience from our beloved wizard and crew?

The 2010-2011 TV Season - Greys Anatomy to have Musical Episode?

Yeah. Personally, not a fan of Grey's Anatomy but I keep in the loop from time to time. The ABC show is in it's 7th season and according to Michael Ausiello there's a musical episode in the works from the second half of the season.

Wait, what? I thought this was meant to be like a series medical drama full of complicated relationships? Are they going to break out in song during surgery or something? Put on a show to their patients?

No details have been released but the show returns with new episodes on 2nd December.

The X Factor - Gamu Nhengu releasing Christmas single

It's not over yet. I'm sure you remember Gamu Nhengu? The X Factor Finalist girl that Cheryl Cole didn't pick to be in her top 3 or wild-card and the nation rioted and sent death threats to our national sweetheart and generally went crazy? No? Really? That should remind you.

Anyways guess what? She's back and wants to kick The X Factor's ass! She's releasing a christmas song to battle the X Factor's winner's single for charity.

No seriously though, the song is for a charity called Aberlour, which helps disadvantaged children in Stirling. (Where is that?)

Speaking about the song Gamu said : "From the minute I heard the song, I loved it. This is the first time I have done anything like this, so I was really honoured when Mr Clifford asked me to record it."

Ablerlour said: "We have had a long association with Gamu, who has sung at our Christmas concert for the past three years. A small record company in Glasgow has taken the song on as a charitable project to release it in a small way because we can't spend a lot of money on the single. Gamu has always had an amazing talent. Even when she did our Christmas concerts, she stunned the audience with the power and emotion in her voice. We have always known she is a talented young person. The song is a good, strong one for Christmas. It is a festive song. The power and emotion of Gamu's voice shines through. We always knew she is a great talent."

The track 'Where Will You Sleeping This Christmas?' will be released on 13th December and you can check it out below!

Royle Family Christmas Details

The Royle Family are returning yet again this Christmas!

Although the BBC series ended back in 2000, 4 Christmas Specials have aired since and this going to be the 5th, titled 'Joe's Crackers'.

Here's what's happening this year:

It's Christmas day at the Royles and Barbara is up to her eyes in it as Jim is out of action due to an unfortunate incident in the precinct. Dave and Denise are obviously feeling the coalition the most and worry that Anthony's lavish gifts will eclipse their gift of a fridge magnet. Joe reminisces about a tipsy evening of naked wrestling in front of the fire with Bobby Carter while Cheryl recounts her romantic encounter in the local supermarket car park.

All the cast are returning and the episode air obviously on Christmas Day. Will you be watching?

Soap Watch

Check out the trailer for Corrie's 50th as well as the schedule for the week of celebrations. I shouldn't really be calling it that since there's nothing to really celebrate. Watch out for that tram.
A set worker was sent to hospital a few days ago after receiving an electric shock from christmas decorations. She was thrown from her ladder but is said to be recovering. We hope she's alright! Nothing much else going on in the street really. But, are we excited for the tram crash? Make sure YOU watch and make sure you tell everybody you know to watch too! This really isn't to be missed!
Thomas Law who has played Peter Beale since 2006 is rumored to be leaving the show. He recently filmed scenes which showed him leaving the square but apparently it's open for him to return. Thomas will be making his stage debut in a production of Peter Pan in Salford.
In other news it's been reported that the actors taking part in the cot death/child kidnap plot have broken down in tears while filming the traumatic scenes. Filming stopped for an hour as the cast and crew found it hard to film without getting emotional. Wow, it must really be heartbreaking. The scenes will be shown around New Year.
The Wylde's are coming to an end soon enough. Check out this interview with Lyndon Ogbourne who plays Nathan Wylde about his final story line in the soap.
By know we should all know Warren Fox ISN'T dead. He's very much alive and we still don't know how! This will all change when Hollyoaks airs a special stand-alone episode featuring flashbacks to the fire at the club. Jamie Lomas who plays Warren Fox took to his twitter and said viewers will find out how he got out, what happened afterwards and exactly who's badly burnt body it was they found? All very intriguing. I'm excited to see how he's alive.
Well, that was emotional. Ringo Brown is dead. Steph ran him over on her scooter, she's distraught and just been arrested. Donna is crushed. Sad days in Aussie. I feel, I have to say this. Neighbours have been doing extremely well over the last few weeks, even months. Less and less silly storyline and more serious stuff that actually interests viewers and makes them care and not switch off. Take not Susan Bower. I've also discovered, Neighbours does incredibly well on YouTube, with each episode receiving over 10,000 views! It's not dead yet.

The 2010-2011 TV Season - Fox Denies Running Wilde a Full Season

FOX has announced it will not be ordering a full season of new show Running Wilde.

While the show hasn't been officially cancelled, it is expected to be. Running Wilde premiered back in September and ratings been extremely low.

The show is about a self-obsessed billionaire who is reunited with his childhood sweetheart who is now an environmental activist. (I know your yawning right now, don't worry I am too.)

FOX recently removed the show from it's schedule but it is expected to return 30th November.

Ke$ha Likes To Eat Humans...

It's a really weird song, yet strangely it's my favourite from her new EP titled 'Cannibal'. What do you think of it?

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - Nigel Havers Leaves

We have out first waker this year. Nigel Havers has left the Jungle.

Speaking about his exit he said: "I cannot waste another second of my life in here. It's becoming endless. Every day is like a year. I can't talk any small talk anymore. I just can't do any more of it. I'm up to here with the inane constant conversation."

He departed the camp this morning was placed in a 6 star hotel (I didn't even think those were possible!). His exit will be screened tonight.

In other I'm A Celeb news, Gillian Mckeith "collapsed" live on air when she was chosen to do a Bush Tucker Trial. Silly woman.

Corrie's 50th - 4 Funerals and a Wedding

With the release of the highly anticipated Death Hallows Part 1, Harry Potter has easily took over James Bond as the highest grossing film series.

The X Factor - 7 Acts, 14 songs

Creative director Brian Friedman has revealed that next week each act will sing 2 songs in next weeks show.

While on The Xtra Factor, presenter Konnie Huq pressured him into revealing the theme for next week and he responded with "7 acts, 14 songs"

It is said each act will sing a ballad and an uptempo song. Personally I think this is bit is great. It'll be great to see Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle sing an uptempo song!

Next week's show starts at 7:45PM and lasts nearly 2 hours. In the results show The Wanted, Justin Bieber and Nicole Scherzinger have been confirmed as performers.
