Red Hot Chili Peppers want to sue Diana Vickers?

Oh my!

Diana recently released her new song 'My Wicked Heart' for the re-release of her album (there's alot of them recently!)

Back in 1992, Red Hot Chili Peppers released 'Under The Bridge'

Do the choruses sound the same? Apparently they do, and RHCP are looking to sue since Vickers didn't ask permission to sample the song. In an interview with Digital Spy, Diana even said herself, the chorus resembled the song.

Diana Vickers is due to perform on The X Factor this weekend.

200th Post: NPH becomes a father!

Awww, this brings a smile to my face.

Neil Patrick Harris, the star of sitcom How I Met Your Mother has been with partner David Burtka for 6 years and now the couple have adopted baby twins. Born on 12th October, Gideon Scott, a boy and Harper Grace, a girl are healthy and well.

Harris tweeted:

"Babies!! On 10/12, Gideon Scott and Harper Grace entered the Burtka-Harris fold. All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey."

Congratulations and best of luck to them!

The 2010-2011 TV Season - Body of Proof gets picked up in the UK

ABC's new medical/crime drama Body of Proof has been picked up by Alibi to be shown in the UK.

The show hasn't even premiered yet in the States. ABC is holding the show back after the failure of My Generation and the potential failure of The Whole Truth.

Alibi's channel head said:

"As TV's ultimate compendium of crime drama, Alibi aims to select the very best series in the genre from around the globe. Body Of Proof is exactly that. A stand-out show that promises to be a huge hit in the US, Body Of Proof means more premium and exclusive content for the channel - and more thrilling and engaging viewing for our audience."

Check out the trailer for the show:

Alibi plan to air the show sometime in the new year.

Sneak Preview at Scream 4

Check out these photos from the upcoming Scream 4.

Exciting times! I love the Scream series and it's amazing to know it's going to carry on. Wether it will work or not is another thing, but can't wait to see it. See old Ghostface again gives me chills.

Scream 4 is released 15th April 2011.

The 2010-2011 TV Season - ABC orders more scripts.

ABC has announced that they are ordering more scripts for 2 of it's shows.

First new drama, No Ordinary Family, which was recently picked by Watch in the UK, has been given an extra 4 episodes.

Brothers and Sisters has been given another 4 episodes also bringing it to a full 22 episode season. It was originally picked up for 18 episodes to make way for new Midseason drama Off The Map. It was speculated to be it's last season, but the ratings have bee good this season.

Look! Ke$ha has a new song!

The song comes from the upcoming re-release of her debut album, Animal. The re-release is called Cannibal and it's being released on 22nd November.

I like the song, but does sound like all her other songs so it's nothing really new is it? Still good though.

Cowell to sign new deal with ITV?

Apparently ITV is getting close to announcing a new deal with Simon Cowell.

The deal would mean both The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent will stay with ITV till 2013. ITV's Director of Television says:

"I had been hoping to be in a position to say we had done long term deals for The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent. There has been a lot of talk and speculation but I don't think I am being too confident to say we are almost there."

The filming of both shows has come into doubt recently, with Cowell talking The X Factor to America in September 2011.

The 2010-2011 TV Season - The CW orders more Life Unexpected

The show, which is in it's second season was originally picked up for a 13 episode season by the network.

Now The CW has ordered 2 more scripts which suggests they are going to order a full season of 22 episodes, despite a decline in the ratings.

The CW has recently also ordered more scripts for One Tree Hill which was only picked up for a 13 episode season instead of the normal 22 and new series Hellcats. Both got 6 more scripts.

Life Unexpected currently airs on E4, Sundays at 7pm. One Tree Hill airs on Mondays at 9 on E4 also. Hellcats has not been picked up in the UK yet.

The X Factor - New Charity Single

It's happened for the last two years, and this year is no different. The X Factor Finalists will record and release a cover of David Bowie's 'Heroes' in aid of Help The Heroes.

Both singles topped the charts when released and made over £1 million for the chosen charity. The single will be released on 7th November.
