Anti-war protesters was his attackers, as they threw shoes, eggs and whatever.... they also chanted "blood on his hands" although they didn't manage to hit him.
Security made sure that people handed in their bags and mobile phones before they got their book signed by Blair to make sure no other protesters try and attack him. And good news for him there was more people book buyers than protesters.
A Journey his memoir titled, talks about defense over 2003 Iraq invasion. (Which was also ment to be a summer thing, get in get out... Yet 7 years later...)
Blair also rejects claims that the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan had increased Muslim radicalization.
He also said to BBC world service:
"the biggest threat in international security is this broader radicalized movement, because I think it is rather similar to revolutionary communism."Hmm right, because the war had NOTHING todo with it.
Thoughts?
