No More Heroes

Heroes is officially dead and gone.

The show was cancelled by NBC back in May 2010 after 4 seasons, but there was plenty of speculation, rumors and petitions for the show to have a TV Movie to end the show properly, since the last episode didn't do that.

But NBC have now confirmed that they have no plans revisiting Heroes and another series or TV Movie is not happening.

As a fan of the show, I can't say I'm surprised. Heroes got worse and worse by season by season. And the producers knew the show was unlikely to return, so they really should have ended the show within the last episode, instead of leaving it open for another series. I say leave it alone. It was brilliant in the 1st season, but once the writers strike hit during the 2nd, the show was never the same again and was never as good as the 1st which was a massive shame but what can you do. Just leave it alone.

I also wish the actors would stop going on about it, like there's still a chance it could come back. No! It's not. Your producer and creator Tim Kring has moved on to creating another show and it would be almost impossible to get all the cast back together.

RIP Heroes. May you never rise from the dead!
