So we have our Christmas Number 1 and this years battle against the X Factor was lost! X Factor winner, Matt Cardle has took the top spot for Christmas number 1. The Facebook campaign for the 1963 classic Surfin Bird by The Trashman which was heavily featured in an episode of Family Guy to be number 1 failed and it landed at number 3. Another botched attempt was to get Biffy Clyro's Many of Horror at the top spot, since Matt Cardle covered it as his winner's single. It failed miserably. 

Also you may have noticed Michael Jackson was risen from the dead! Not really. Apparently he recorded a whole album before he did, but there's been some questions wether it's real of not. Never been a fan of MJ but it's probably not real.

Over in the album charts, Take That are STILL at the top.
